1990's Craftsman 6.0 24 Snow Blower

Here's a drive axle assembly from a 1990's Sears Craftsman 6.0 /24 track snowblower. It is in good structural condition.  This assembly fits many similar era Craftsman and MTD 24" blower models as well.  See i.d. tag, pic, 18.  The axle, sprocket, and bushings are in good usable shape.  These axles could be susceptible to brutal rust, bends, deep pitting, or scoring.  The assembly has seen some normal surface rust and shallow pits common to these over the years.  But it still rolls on the included brass bushings well.  It will propel the blower strongly, forward or reverse.  This axle spins out well with a good rotation. This drive axle still worked good on the blower.  The sprocket engages the chain drive strongly.  Includes three thrust washers and a nice pair of spring Lynch pins.  These 6.0 24's were very well built and could move a lot of snow. You are getting everything you see in the pictures.  This assembly is still very usable for one of these famous ol' Craftsman blowers!  The MTD built blowers could really move a lot of snow back in the day--and still can!  Great for spares too when one is needed in a pinch!  These drive axles are getting very difficult to find in usable shape anymore.  NLA!  Thoroughly clean and lube prior to operation.  Please look at the pictures.  Ask any questions that you might have.  Paypal payment due within 48 hrs. of auction ending.  Carefully packaged and quickly shipped.  Thanks for looking.
